Life is all about seasons, and it seems we’re always in one season wishing for the next. My goal is to help you see beauty in your current season, and capture the joy that’s sure to be found there. I love photographing weddings, couples and motherhood, freezing time into memories you’ll cherish for generations to come. My experience in journalism and videography translates into my photography and allows me to provide a storytelling experience, which means your photos will always be unique to you and your personality - just as they should be.

Photography is all about perspective, and it’s taught me that about life too. When you train yourself to see beauty in ordinary moments and places, you no longer have to search to find it. Instead, it naturally starts to find you. It's my promise to bring you a fun, joy-filled experience while helping you feel seen, loved, and beautiful.

I spend a lot of time on the road. In the road trip of life, I try my best to let God be the driver and me the shotgun rider (and DJ, of course)! I'll show up for you behind the camera and aside from it - whether that's hopping in to help with chores during a session on the farm, hiking through the pasture for your engagement photos, or joining you on the dance floor during your wedding reception. I have a big-time passion for encouraging others and living in the moment, and I find there's so much joy to be found there.

    Being outside! There’s something so refreshing about outdoor adventures, time in the barn, roadtrips to new places, feet in the grass and the sun on your skin.

    I enjoy baking and cooking and learned from the best - my grandma and my mom! I even used to have a small cupcake business in high school.

    I am an aspiring glad farmer! I plant gladiolus each spring to have fresh blooms and cut bouquets all summer long.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For portrait sessions, you can expect to receive your images within four weeks from your session date. For weddings, you’ll receive your full gallery within six-eight weeks. As I edit, I put love and time into every single photo and pay attention to the small details! You can expect to see a handful of sneak peeks before your full gallery is delivered!

  • Yes! I love traveling across the Midwest and am always down for a trip out West to the mountains. Have a place in mind? Let’s chat!

  • Let’s work together! Inquire through my online form on the Contact page, and then we’ll chat details! Once you sign the contract and pay your portrait session fee, or 50% of your wedding package, your date is officially secured.
